The marketing of the new villas in the extension has already started. We are working our way through the waiting list and discussing next steps with the people who have their names on the list.
We want to assure our Highfield Residents that the relicensing and refurbishment of the existing villas will always take priority over the marketing and relicensing of the new extension villas.
The earthwork construction is scheduled to start in October this year. The heavy machinery access won’t be through the existing village. Instead they will use an alternative route.
During the first stage of the construction 14 villas will be built consisting of two- and three-bedroom villa plans.
