September is upon us, and we are starting to see the first signs that spring is in the air, the beautiful vibrant yellow of the daffodils, the spring lambs and the gorgeous fragrance in the garden.

This coming month is packed with activities and events. Father's Day on the 1st of September is the wonderful celebration of our Dad’s, Grandads and the significant men in our lives. The social committee are putting on a fabulous brunch to commemorate the occasion with residents coming together to enjoy everything on offer.

We’d like to acknowledge and say a huge thank you to everyone who donated to the foodbank appeal, the generosity of our Highfield Community was very humbling to see, it is wonderful to be able to support families in need. Thank you Meg for once again organizing the food drive.

With daylight saving starting on Sunday the 29th of September, we are all looking forward to warm sunlit evenings, hosting family and friends around the barbeque and enjoying the outdoors.
