Highfield Country Estate Retirement Village is situated on 9.5 hectares of scenic rural land on Swarbrick Drive in Te Awamutu. The village layout includes established gardens and landscaping and is specifically designed to meet your needs.
The village consists of 116 two and three-bedroom architecturally designed villas, with an additional 50+ villas due to be built over the next few years. The heart of village life at Highfield Country Estate is a purpose-built community centre called the Lodge. Highfield Country Estate is a gated retirement community with nightly security patrols for your peace of mind. After hours, access codes are required to open the front security gates. Each villa and communal area includes 24-hour medical alarm buttons. These are monitored by trained professional staff, who are immediately ready to assist you in any eventuality.
